Please read these contest rules carefully. If you enter any one of our rounds, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them

1. To enter the league you must be an Indian resident.
2. The participants must be senior person. (ANY Qualification)
3. *Elders may participate in this contest but will not be eligible for the draw of lucky winners.
4. Rounds are not open to employees/members (or members of their immediate families) of EXTRA-C* or any organization concerned with the creation and management of the IXL website.
5. Only one person is allowed to register with one mobile/cell phone number.
6. Sending an e-mail to us, showing willingness to enter in the contest is not an acceptable registration procedure. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by us for any reason whatsoever.
7. The time of posting a clue is as specified each day, and the organizers reserve the right to amend the same
8. If you are chosen as the lucky winner of the day, we will notify you by a telephonic conversation or e-mail. The judges� decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The name of the lucky winner of each day will be posted on the website www.crypticsingh.com, along with the date for which he/she was selected as the lucky winner
10. By entering into this Contest, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as this contest may require.
11. The prize hamper will not be transferable to another person.
12. No part of a prize hamper is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
13. If an advertised prize hamper is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize hamper of equal or greater value.
14. Incorrect entries will not be eligible for the draw of lucky winner.
15. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you while entering this contest.
16. The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. The organizers may also create rules which will apply to a specific day only. If we do this we will publish the amended contest rules and/or specific contest rules on the relevant contest page.
17. The organizers will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
18. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of PATNA HIGH COURT only.
